Well, I'm still trying to get into the swing of things on here. Not sure what to do with this yet other than just ramble about my life and that's not very interesting.
Saturday night, hubby and I got to go to a concert. We had a great time. We got to see Esterlyn, Disciple, and Kutless. Stellar Kart was supposed to be there, but they had another engagement. :(
Hubby and I really needed to get out as the stress of our life with our new son was starting to get to us. Thankfully the kids were all great for the babysitter and hubby and I were able to come back tired, but refreshed.
Tomorrow is Mateo's 4th birthday. It's his first b-day with us. With all the fighting that's been going on between us, I'm not as excited about it as I should be. I usually am a birthday freak and have the girls' parties planned like months in advance with big themes and everything. For his, I didn't want to do anything really big because he still gets wound up really easily. So we are just having close friends and family over for pizza and cake on Friday. Hubby has to work tomorrow for his actual b-day, so I will just make him a nice dinner and we'll have a little cake for him and sing to him. He is really excited for his b-day though. I wish I was more excited about it. I think I will go get him some balloons and bring them home for him after work. I think he will like that.
We are still waiting for a call to start our therapy with him. We need it so bad. I feel horrible that we spend most of the day yelling at him, but he is so naughty and has to fight you on every little thing. Anyway, we just really need help!
I better go and get the kids to bed so I can engulf myself in the fantasy world of the Bachelor! .....if only real-life was that romantic! haha

My first blog!
So, ummmm...I'm not really sure what all I'm supposed to do with this yet. I'm a blog virgin! :0)
I don't get why anyone would want to read these, cause I'm a pretty boring person! I guess it could be a way for my far away friends and family to stay up to date on things. We are in the adoption process and I think that would be the only reason anyone would want to read my blogs! Though we are having a tough time with him adjusting so these will probably be me venting about my stressful day! Maybe this will be some cheap therapy for me!! haha
